Jack grew up in Newport, Oregon and loves the rain. He moved to Portland, Oregon in 1999. Jack met his wife shortly after while in college. Together, they love to travel and have a dog named Jojo and a horse named Tanner.
A production designer by day and a cartoonist by night, he stays busy with many projects. One of which is music. Jack has been in many bands over the years and loves jamming in a garage or basement with other musicians.
The creator of three different comic strips: Sketchy People, Minus Tide, and Gulls - Jack is also a member of the National Cartoonists Society.
